Sick Child Feeding and Care Practices: Sharing findings from an MCGL report in 16 African countries

The Nutrition and Child Health subgroup hosted a webinar to share findings from a report by USAID's MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership (MCGL) project on sick child feeding in 16 African countries. The report investigates caregivers' practices and health providers' support for nutrition counseling during and after childhood illness.

Community Health Worker Experiences and Perceptions: Findings from a PATH-MACEPA survey of CHWs in Zambia

As part of an effort to better understand the community workforce providing malaria community care management (CCM) and surveillance in Zambia, the PATH Malaria Control and Elimination Partnership in Africa (MACEPA) along with Tulane University conducted the survey in 2019.

Lifelong Care for Children with Chronic Conditions: A discussion series

This discussion series, focused on care for children with non-communicable diseases (NCDs), is hosted by the Re-imagining the Package of Care for Children subgroup of the Task Force in collaboration with UNICEF, Program Division - Health, Child and Community Health Unit. Health systems in low-and-middle income countries (LMICs) are experiencing an increasing burden of chronic conditions in children, including NCDs such as heart disease and diabetes.
