Presentation shared during the third session of the series on Lifelong Care for Children with Chronic Conditions co-hosted by the Re-imagining the Package of Care subgroup of the Task Force and UNICEF on July 9, 2021. These slides include an introduction and overview of the series followed by a presentation by Dr. Ana Mocumbi on the PEN Plus model as an integrated package of NCD care for children, and finally a summary and take home messages from the series.
