Caring for Newborns and Children in the Community - Planning Handbook for Programme Managers and Planners (Samira Aboubaker, WHO et al.) - 2015

This planning handbook, published in collaboration with UNICEF, WHO, USAID, and Save the Children, is intended to inform managers and planners about caring for newborns and children in the community, its three community-based packages, their benefits and requirements. The resource also offers guidance on selecting the best mix of interventions and packages to expand or add in their country, and key decisions and actions in planning and implementing the packages in the context of current country activities.
